Fresco Dolphins

Savanna Yelling Mr.Waller World History 1 Honors 1 November 2017     Fresco is the Italian word for "fresh." Fresco painting is painting on a moist surface with pigment mixed with water or a limewater mixture. They are water-based paintings usually done on walls. The paints are created by grindings powder in water. Then they are dried and set with plaster on the wall and are permanent.  Minoan painters adapted this from Greece. Minoans traveled from Crete to Israel to Egypt. Work Cited               Dictionary.com. (2017).  the definition of frescoes .
